Shawn McKay – Senior Vice President at CCS Fundraising
Shawn McKay is a nonprofit leader with a lifelong commitment to service, inspired by his parents’ careers in healthcare and shaped by his education at the College of the Holy Cross. Shawn has dedicated his career to supporting educational, environmental, healthcare, arts, and faith-based organizations and began his professional journey in mental health and youth ministry before serving nearly eight years as Director of Admissions and Communications at Saint Raphael Academy in Rhode Island. Today, Shawn is a Senior Vice President at CCS Fundraising, where he leads capital campaigns, major gift strategies, and development planning for nonprofits nationwide. His work includes donor engagement, volunteer leadership development, and strategic fundraising initiatives. Shawn lives in West Orange, NJ, with his wife, Tracy, and their daughters, Sloane and Quinn.
