Keynote Speaker:
Whitney Norman – The Future of Donor Loyalty

Creating a positive and meaningful experience for the individuals you touch is essential to driving donor loyalty. However for many, defining and implementing that experience has become increasingly difficult. In our upcoming member breakfast, keynote speaker Whitney Norman will explore the ways we’ve historically defined experience and reveal how understanding donor motivation is transforming the future of donor loyalty. Drawing on her tenure as a front line fundraiser for the March of Dimes and her recent role as a solutions architect for Pursuant, Whitney will provide practical recommendations on a new lens through which to view your donors – going beyond who they are to you today and casting a vision for how to identify those that will be the catalyst you need to accelerate your mission tomorrow.

About Our Speaker:

With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit strategy and development, Whitney is skilled in her ability to identify challenges and pivot on them to reveal new possibilities. Whitney’s unique blend of humility and expertise is applied through a lens of passionate curiosity which is why organizations including Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation, PAN Foundation, International Eye Foundation and University of Chicago view her as an indispensable partner.

Prior to joining Pursuant, Whitney served as the National Director of Philanthropy for the March of Dimes. Working interdependently with the national office, local chapters, and volunteers. Whitney’s commitment to providing an exceptional donor experience was a driving force behind the millions in revenue she generated for the Foundation each year. Whitney’s commitment to mission impact went beyond her donor relationships to build capacity through trainings that allowed local staff and volunteers to glean the better practices she established in areas including events, corporate partnerships, individual giving, donor cultivation and stewardship, prospect research and major gifts.

Whitney has a deep appreciation for the challenges facing many of today’s leading organizations and thrives in an environment that allows her to work collaboratively on the toughest of challenges. Working as an extension of the organizational leaders she serves, together they identify more meaningful ways to connect with donors in order to drive loyalty and lifesaving revenue.
