Association of Fundraising Professionals International Conference on Fundraising April 11-14, 2010 – Baltimore, MD
AFP Foundation Chamberlain Scholarship Program Deadline for applications: October 24, 2009

Dear Colleagues, Your Fairfield County Chapter is offering a Chamberlain Scholarship up to $1,500 for one of our members to attend the International Conference in Baltimore next spring. The individual must be employed full-time as a fundraising professional, or as an executive director with a substantial amount of time devoted to fundraising, and never have attended an International Conference previously. If you are interested and meet the eligibility requirements, please complete the application form and return it to me by mail or fax no later than October 24, 2009. Scholarships will be reviewed by the AFP-Fairfield County Chapter Scholarship Committee and approved by the Chapter Board. The 2010 Chamberlain Scholarship recipient, as well as all other applicants, will be notified regarding the Board's decision as soon as possible following the meeting. Scholarship checks are for reimbursement only, either to the individual winner or to the winner’s organization. Following the conference, recipients are asked to send a written statement, via mail or email, on the conference concerning what they learned or experienced to Bill Lerchen, Scholarship Committee Chair, by April 30, 2010.
